2. This can only be done from the 'My Profile' page and clicking 'Delete my TradesByTheBook Account'
3. The Company has the right to suspend or terminate your account for any reason at any time. Such termination will result in the deletion of the Account and your data

Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with the Service, the Website or the Terms or the subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) of the arrangement as between you and us, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland.
